Professor Eleanor Dickey, from University or Reading, asked people to come up with solutions for the jobs problems people with doctorates often face. She compiled a list of the ideas for action that people have submitted and invited people to rate and share solutions. There were 152 responses, including 52 from people with permanent academic jobs, 45 from people with non-permanent academic jobs, 17 from unemployed academics, and 15 from graduate students.
